Fifteen-Minutes-of-Fame featuring Alyssa Reit – lever harp - 2025

Vox Novus is calling for one-minute pieces composed for lever harp for the Fifteen-Minutes-of-Fame project. The set of Fifteen-Minutes-of-Fame featuring Alyssa Reit with lever harp to be premiered online in 2025. This call is part of a 15 year anniversary of Fifteen-Minutes-of-Fame.

Only works one-minute in length for the lever harp will be considered. Composers are encouraged to be themselves and represent their style and aesthetic. Music that strives to explore and extend the expressive and technically capabilities of this instrument is extremely encouraged.

-Works should be composed specifically for this call and performers.

-All pieces must be premieres.

-Multiple submissions are not accepted. Send your best work!

-Works need to be submitted online at www.MusicAvatar.org

-You will need to register with Music Avatar for free to submit your work online.

-After logging in to Music Avatar, select the opportunity named "Fifteen-Minutes-of-Fame with Alyssa Reit – lever harp" and press the "submit" button to start the submission process.

-You will need to provide a maximum 50 word biography and 50 word program notes.

-You will be able to upload a score as a PDF file (You are also encouraged to upload an audio file.)
